COLLABORATION 6 FAMOUS CHEF IN CHEF'S COLLABORATION LUNCH EVENTS

Restaurant CasCades located at Viceroy Bali Ubud now host the Chef's Collaboration Lunch held on Saturday, April 11, 2015 last. Six renowned chefs from six different restaurant and respected serves lunch dish-style restaurant with pemandanga canyon they Ubud area. Lunch Chef's Collaboration is not just a means to cook lunch, but also contributed for disabled children in around Ubud. 

Six renowned chef is Eelke Plasmeijer and Ray Adriansyah of Locavore, Fernando Corella of Mozaic Ubud, Made Lugra of Ayung Resort, Mandif Warokka of Blanco par Mandif, and Will Goldfarbwith of Room 4 Dessert. 
The whole menu is served a typical menu mainstay that can be found in each of their restaurant. Amuse Bouche-made canape and Nic Vanderbeeken be an appetizer in Ubud Chefs' Collaboration Lunch. Three kinds of canapé, Vitello Rolls Mackerel, Tuna Tartare above Sticky rice crackers and Parmesan Sphere with Avocado Veloute, accompany the guests before the start of lunch. Then proceed with the Amuse Bouche menu in the form of bone marrow with events cucumber, croutons and smoked and tuna wasabi mayonnaise. While the chef of Locavore.Eelke Plasmeijer and Ray Adriansyah by presenting Tiger Prawns and Smoked Lemon Balm Leaves with A Bisque Crustaces Vinaigrette. Fernando Corella Boston presents Poached Lobster with Radish Watermelon Puree and chargrilled and topped off with dessert in the form of Balinese Lime Meringue with Coconut Palm Sugar Candy and the result of collaboration Nic Vanderbeeken and Will Goldfarbwith, for lunch the next session . 
Made Lugra of Ayung Resort presents a menu mainstay, namely Seared Foie Gras with Cherry Pomegranate Reduction, Apple, Brioche Crumble, Cabbage Truffle and Mango Chutney. Followed by Soya Glazed Lamb Rack with Jack Fruit, Burnt Leeks and Yellow Curry. Collaboration chef Ubud in the afternoon to early evening was topped off with a dessert mainstay of Room 4 Dessert, namely Local Cacao Mangosteen Mousse with Sorbet and Campari.Chef's. Lunch Collaboration ceremony was closed with the funds already collected of Rp 30 million to the Butterfly Foundation as a donation for children with disabilities in around Ubud.
